At Rainbow Rehab our patient’s health and comfort are our primary focus. As an independent, therapist-owned practice, we provide physical and occupational therapy as well as hand rehabilitation to both the adult & pediatric populations. The owners, Lezlie Schwartz, MSPT and Emily Berlin, OTR/L, CHT along with their Staff have been providing high quality rehabilitation services for many years.
